Chandra is a certified axiogenics self leadership coach who helps clients enhance their idea of what’s possible toward the goal of increasing their influence and effectiveness.

Chandra has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and corporate financial professional who recently received an Unsung Hero award as a result of her expert oversite of a 4.3 million-dollar hurricane disaster relief fund. Chandra collaborated with a team of dedicated student counselors to manage the efficient distribution of aid to 800+ families. Her effervescent personality and poised professionalism were cited as being key to the success of this long-term relief effort.

She is a holistic business adviser, change agent and organizational management strategist who specializes in improving financial operations. She is a highly skilled strategic planner and has a reputation for being a professional down-to-earth communicator known for effectively building rapport, fostering creative brainstorming sessions, driving change and achieving results. She is certified in XERO accounting software and experienced with QuickBooks Online and Dynamics GP.

Chandra also has years of experience as an accounting manager with processing the transaction cycle month end close, bank reconciliations, crafting of accounting procedures, preparation of year end audit schedules, internal team building and executive coaching. She is an engaging public speaker and customer relations adviser with extensive civic and community volunteer experience which includes past task force roles with the Museum of Fine Arts Houston Five A Committee and the Texas Children’s Hospital Development Counsel.

She served for many years as the Houston volunteer Accounting Director for The College Fund/UNCF’s annual telethon where she led 80+ volunteers to tally donations during the annual “night of show” telecast. As a former member of the Houston UNCF Advisory Board, Chandra often spoke to TV and radio audiences in her role as the creator of the Young Scholars program.

Chandra is a keynote speaker for the Arbonne Leadership Multicultural Academy, a member of the Houston Chapter of CPAs, a lifetime associate member of Jack and Jill of America and also serves on the Deaconess Board at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church.
