Chandra Livingston is a passionate, committed, and proven leader. Her overall involvement with the United Negro College Fund as a volunteer spanned more than 20 years and part of that time she led accounting teams for UNCF special events. Eight of those years also included leadership of the Young Scholars Program that focused on preliminary college life orientation and etiquette training.
